Hire & Returns Policy
Standard Hire Period All standard hire prices are based on a 4-day rental period. We recommend choosing the day before your event as your first hire day.
Extended Hire We offer, 4, 7 & 10 day Hire- Extended hire beyond 10 days can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order.
Cancellations
- More than 14 days before hire start date: Full refund
- 7–14 days before hire start date: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before hire start date: No refund (credit note may be offered at our discretion)
Returns Dresses must be returned by the end of Day 4, either in store (Cookstown boutique) or by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm with tracking number sent to 07849324330. Late returns may incur a charge of up to £20 per day.
Damage Customers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
A refundable security bond ranging from £20–£50 is required at the time of booking, depending on the dress. Your bond will be fully refunded following the return and inspection of your dress
Cleaning No cleaning required — professional cleaning is included FREE with every hire.
